Fresh off the runway for Spring 2008, Strong eyes meet Strong Lips!
Runway Application:
Reminiscent of the classic twenties, Lanvin's style reflects Spring with a sophisticated twist! Chiseled features define the cheekbones and strong lips mark the classics. A modern take on the eyebrows replaced the classic thin slopes of the twenties as youthful eyebrows frames the eyes. And finally, the drama achieved not by smokey black eyes, but with the application of vermillion shadow and a touch of gold shimmer on the lids.
REALway Application:
To keep updated on the look, keep eyebrows naturally trimmed and skin looking natural, sweeping blusher on the cheekbones to create lift. Sweep Vermillion (green gold) over the lower lid and slightly over the crease of the eye. Apply gold on the lower lids to enhance the eyes and line eyes with brown eye liner. Keep lips strong for the evening by applying red wine lip color and stick to friendly reds during the day!
